The Energy Audit — Reset, Reflect, Re-align

You’ve spent the last 12 weeks building awareness.

Morning routines.
Nutrition.
Movement.
Energy.

Now it’s time to pause.

Not to do more — but to look at what’s actually working.

This week is about stepping back and taking an honest look at your habits, your energy, and your consistency over the past quarter.

Why Reflection Matters

Most people move from one goal to the next without stopping.

They stay busy.
They keep pushing.
But they never evaluate.

Without reflection:

  • Progress goes unnoticed

  • Patterns stay hidden

  • Burnout builds quietly

Awareness is what turns effort into improvement.

You can’t adjust what you don’t acknowledge.

What Is an Energy Audit?

An Energy Audit is a simple check-in with yourself.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s not about judgment.

It’s about noticing:

  • What gives you energy

  • What drains you

  • What habits you’ve been consistent with

  • What areas need attention

This is where clarity starts.

Where to Look

Take a few minutes to reflect on the past 12 weeks:

Routines

  • Have I built any consistent daily habits?

  • Where have I been most consistent?

Nutrition & Hydration

  • Am I fueling my body in a way that supports my energy?

  • Am I staying hydrated throughout the day?

Movement

  • How often am I moving during the week?

  • Do I feel better on days I move more?

Mental Energy

  • When do I feel most focused?

  • What situations drain me the most?

No overthinking.

Just honest awareness.

Patterns Over Perfection

The goal isn’t to critique yourself.

The goal is to identify patterns.

You might notice:

  • Certain days feel better than others

  • Movement improves your focus

  • Skipping meals impacts your energy

  • Stress builds when recovery is ignored

These patterns are valuable.

They tell you what to keep, what to adjust, and where to focus next.

Your Week 13 Challenge

Complete your personal Energy Audit.

Set aside 10–15 minutes and write down:

  • 2 things that are working well

  • 2 things that need improvement

  • 1 simple action to focus on moving forward

Keep it simple.

Clarity creates direction.

Why This Matters for Your Wellness

Reflection builds self-awareness.

Self-awareness leads to better decisions.

Better decisions lead to:

  • More consistent energy

  • Less stress

  • Sustainable progress

Growth doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from doing the right things, consistently.

Your Weekly Reflection Prompt

“What habits are truly supporting my energy — and what needs to change?”

Be honest. That’s where progress begins.

What’s Coming Next

Next week, we begin a new phase: Mindset & Stress.

We’ll start with Recognizing Good vs. Bad Stress — learning how to identify the types of stress that help you grow and the ones that hold you back.

Quarter Close

This marks the completion of Quarter 1: Energy & Momentum.

Over the past 13 weeks, you’ve built a foundation:

  • Awareness of your routines

  • Understanding of how you fuel your body

  • The role movement plays in your energy

Now we build on that foundation.
