Breakfast


1. Cinnamon Banana Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 banana, sliced or berries

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese to a bowl.

  2. Top with banana slices and pecans.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.


2. Turkey Bacon & Egg Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices turkey bacon

  • 1 whole-grain wrap

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet.

  2. Scramble eggs separately.

  3. Add both to wrap, season lightly, and roll.


Lunch


1. BBQ Ground Chicken Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked ground chicken

  • ½–1 cup cooked rice

  • Corn

  • 1–2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook and season ground chicken.

  2. Add rice and corn to bowl.

  3. Drizzle lightly with BBQ sauce.


2. Ham & Cheese Pita Pocket

Ingredients:

  • Whole-grain pita

  • 4–6 slices deli ham

  • 1 slice cheese

  • Lettuce

  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Slice pita open carefully.

  2. Add ham, cheese, and lettuce.

  3. Add mustard if desired and serve.


Dinner


1. Honey Garlic Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.

  3. Form meatballs and bake 18–22 minutes.

  4. Drizzle lightly with honey before serving.


2. Lemon Pepper Shrimp & Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp

  • Baby potatoes, halved

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon pepper seasoning

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Roast potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  2. Add shrimp to pan with seasoning and olive oil.

  3. Bake another 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink.
